This one day psychological health and safety workshop will focus on:
Defining organizational psychological health and safety, and how workers' underlying psychological needs, values and beliefs, and mental health/illness/disorder can impact health and wellbeing at work.
Reviewing related legislation and best practices, discussing how to authentically create psychological health and safety at work, and identifying reliable metrics that can help organizational leaders measure whether their PHS program is effective.
Identifying several organizational systems and processes that inadvertently create barriers to psychological health and safety, and discussing what can be done to correct the issues.
Next steps for organizational leaders who aspire to create a psychologically healthy and safety culture within their business, or business unit.
Course Format: Facilitated virtual training (with camera on and mic available for all participants) including large group discussions, small group break-out sessions, individual reflection activities, and scenario-based activities, all geared toward helping participants understand, personalize, and apply the learnings.
Class sizes are kept small to provide the type of learning space necessary for personal application and behavioral development.
Course Materials: Participants will receive their digital course book via email the week prior to the scheduled course. Course books are for individual use only by the registered course participant. They are not for sharing or resale, and may only be printed for personal use by the course participant.
