Supporting children, adolescents, and adults in building body awareness, emotion regulation, and stress resilience to help with everyday behavioral development or achieving elite performance.

My work integrates developmental science, behavioral systems, and psychological health and safety to address not just surface-level challenges, but the underlying patterns that drive behavior and performance.
I focus particularly on the unintended consequences of overcontrolled or under-supported environments — helping individuals and organizations move toward more adaptive, responsive, and sustainable ways of functioning.
