I use an integrated approach that combines emotional intelligence (EQ) development and coaching, psychological health and safety principles, and a behavioral systems perspective to support more effective leadership and organizational functioning.

This includes identifying and addressing the unintended consequences of overcontrolled or under-supported workplace environments.
