This online stress management course delves into topics related to everyday stressors vs traumatic stressors, acute and chronic stress, an introduction to the skills and abilities necessary to become emotionally resilient when faced with hardship and uncertainty, and some practical exercises that you can use to begin your journey toward a more balanced, relaxed, and resilient you! Better understanding what stress is, and why and how it impacts your health and wellbeing is the first step to changing how your brain reacts to, and manages stress. Once you grow your knowledge-base related to stress, you can then learn mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques, emotional intelligence development techniques, and primary reflex integration techniques that work holistically to integrate your biology and psychology toward improved coping mechanisms to manage stress in a healthy manner. While I may not be in a position to remove the stressors from your life, I can certainly offer insight and evidence-based techniques that can help eliminate the stress and anxiety felt whenever you're up against them.
